Not every disaster or problem can be solved with more Federal dollars. That’s a message our brethren on the left haven’t learned, and one that we have to keep teaching the public at large. The Amtrak derailment was not a result of cuts in infrastructure spending.
Not every abused population can be saved with more government regulation. That’s a message our brethren on the left haven’t learned, and one that we have to keep teaching the public at large. Human rights abuses of illegal (and legal) Vietnamese immigrants in the nail salon industry are not a result of too few laws covering estheticians. More stringent cosmetology licenses aren’t the answer.
Again, and still, with the minimum wage discussion. We have to keep reminding ourselves and the public that it’s about Unions getting more money and power for themselves. Higher minimum wage makes finding a job harder for those entering the labor force. The first rung on the wage ladder is removed. Minimum wage employees suffer the most when minimum wage is raised.

Join the weekly discussion about solving conservative messaging problems
A collaborative project of Free Radical Network, The Party of Choice, and The Conservative Union. Members of each group come together to discuss messaging successes, failures, and strategies in an effort to make ourselves, and the movement as a whole, better at selling Liberty.
“Because if we can’t sell Liberty, we suck; but if we can’t learn how to sell Liberty, we are defeated”
